The editorial staff, editorial board and reviewers of the Journal act in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data” and other Ukrainian and international legal documents in the field of protection of personal data, in particular:
- do not disclose any information about the submitted manuscript (authors, subject, text, status in the process of consideration, etc.) to anyone who isn’t an author of this manuscript, (potential) reviewers and other participants of the editorial and publishing process (if it is necessary);
- do not keep copies of rejected manuscripts;
- all received manuscripts and supplements are considered as confidential documents; they can not be demonstrated and discussed with third parties, except in individual cases authorized by the editorial staff or editorial board;
- comments of reviewers may not be published or otherwise disclosed without the permission of the reviewer and the author.
